What paper are the prints made on?

All prints use Fuji Crystal Archive glossy photo paper, printed by WhiteWall's professional lab in Germany.

What's the difference between the finishes?

Photo print: the print on its own, with a 1 cm white border, ready for your own frame.
Mounted under acrylic: the print mounted on 3 mm Alu-Dibond behind 2 mm glossy acrylic glass, with aluminium rails on the back so it's ready to hang. Colours look deep and vivid.
Framed: mounted under acrylic as above, in a 20 mm Hamburg frame in black or white.

What sizes are available?

Each photograph has its own size range, shown on its product page, from small prints up to 2 metres wide for the panoramic images. Sizes are listed in centimetres, with inches in each description.

How long will my print take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 9 days to 2 weeks, depending on the product. See Shipping & Returns for full details.

Can I get a size or finish that isn't listed?

Often, yes. Get in touch and I'll see what WhiteWall can make.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet, but they're on the way.
