How your print is made and sent

Every print is made to order by WhiteWall's professional photo lab in Germany and shipped directly to you, carefully packed.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary from 9 days to 2 weeks, depending on the product.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on the product and size you choose, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Christmas delivery

Please place Christmas orders by 1 December. I'll do my best to get every order to you in time, and any placed after the cutoff will still be made and shipped as normal.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact me within 14 days with a photo of the problem and your order number, and I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund – you won't need to send it back.

Returns

Changed your mind?
Every print is made to order just for you. If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of your print arriving. Just email me at bradleycarranceja@gmail.com with your order number to let me know.

How to return a print
Once you've let me know, please send the print back within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging so it's protected in transit. I'll send you the return address. Return postage is your responsibility, and I'd recommend a tracked service, as I can't refund a print that doesn't arrive back with me.

Your refund
I'll refund the cost of the print within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method. The original delivery charge is refunded too, up to the cost of standard delivery.

Ordered the wrong size or finish?
Get in touch as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone to print yet (usually within 24 hours of ordering), I can change it free of charge.

Your statutory rights
None of this affects your legal rights if a print is faulty or not as described.
