Refund policy

Damaged or faulty prints. If your print arrives damaged or has a fault, email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. I'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to send it back.

Changed your mind? Every print is made to order just for you. If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Let me know by email, then return the print unused and in its original packaging; return postage is your responsibility. I'll refund the cost of the print within 14 days of receiving it.

Wrong size or finish chosen? Get in touch before your order is released for printing (usually within 24 hours) and I can change it free of charge.
